A delightfully happy Monday morning to you! This week is shaping up to be incredibly busy, like busy, busy, busy, but also a really good six days. I’m excitedly looking forward to them.
I’m leaving for work at the coffee shop in about five minutes (I say as I hurry to do my hair in between typing), and in addition to working nearly every day this week at the coffee shop, I also have a crazy-busy week at my other part-time job.
I’ve been pretty excited about this week for a number of reasons though, not the least of which is because one of my most amazing friends, Hosanna, was planning to come for the week. She helps out with some of the events at my part-time job, but since she lives out of state she can’t always make it. She was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, but then she surprised me (although in reality I kinda maybe sorta was hoping and expecting it), by arriving last night, just after I’d gone to bed. So, that was totally wonderful.
And now I’ve got to run folks! What about you? Have you ever had someone surprise you? Did they succeed?

I surprised my older sister this year when some of our friends came to her birthday party. These friends lived over 2 hours away so she assumed that they wouldn’t be able to come, but we arranged it to work out and my sister was totally clueless until they pulled into our driveway… her reaction was priceless! 😉

Hosanna lives in PA, so she’s about six hours from here and we don’t get to see each other nearly often enough.
