I tried. I really did try to get my vlog up yesterday. I hurried to get it filmed before I left for a 10ish hour car ride, and then for the first part of the trip I had fun huddled in the backseat editing the video.
The only problem is that by the time I had the video edited, I didn’t have enough battery left on the laptop to upload it. The day ended up being good, but quite long. I didn’t arrive at the house where I was staying until after midnight, and by then it wasn’t Thursday any more. Therefore I decided to wait to post the video until I’d gotten a good night of sleep.
But! Today is the day, so without further ado, let me introduce you to some of my favorite middle grade books. Have you read any books by Jeri Massi? Which one of these books looks the most interesting to you?
Oh my Lydia, you’re making me want to go back and re-read all of the Derwood Inc. books again. Those characters were so great and had my siblings and me practically rolling in laughter. I have fond memories of those books.

Oh yay! I’m glad you want to reread the books now! I want to go and reread them now, too! Talking about them reminded me of how much fun they are and how amazing they are. 🙂

Thank you so much for reviewing my books so enthusiastically in your vlog! There is one more Derwood (Peabody) book that was a late comer. It’s called HALL OF HEROES and is narrated by Jean Derwood. It’s on Amazon. Thank you again for your kind review!
