The Ark Encounter – Third Deck Exhibits

Last week I spent Friday at the Ark Encounter, then Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at the Creation Museum with my adopted parents. Then, before we came home on Tuesday, we went back to the Ark where I got a bit of a more in depth tour. It was delightful, and my adopted mom generously shared her pictures with me, and I’m in turn going to share them with y’all.

My favorite deck was the third one, which is where they designed the living quarters. The amazing amount of details that went into setting up these displays is still a bit mind boggling to me. I’m pretty sure someone could spend days looking at everything and still miss stuff. (And, I’m pretty sure someone must have to spend tons of time dusting everything. Yikes!)

And now I’m off to corral Scribbles and Whimsy who have been enjoying playing jungle-gym on my corner shelf and Peter Rabbit’s cage, and then I need to finishing cleaning the house and getting it all ready for the holidays. (Only two days until Christmas!)

I loved the 3rd deck a whole lot too! Just seeing their living quarters and everything was so neat. Oh wow, I hadn’t thought of someone having to dust all that though, haha! Can you imaine?! 😀 Thanks for sharing these pictures! I am so glad you got to go! Merry Christmas!!

Yes! It made me feel like I could spend a year or two living in the ark, too. Only… Well, I don’t think I’d quite enjoy taking care of all those animals!
      Merry Christmas to you, too!
