13 Days – Action Kids Book Release

Thirteen Days! 
Here I am, sitting in my writing chair, listening to happy music, drinking coffee and writing a blog update about my soon to be released book. Pretty amazing, right? Oh, plus I have a whole flock of stuffed animals looking at me so it doesn’t get much better than that. 
Of course there are some logistical, formatting and time issues I’m working with that are kinda maybe stressful, buuutttt I’m working on keeping an upbeat attitude and it’s helping.  
13 Days…
Since today marks 13 days until the release of the first book in the Action Kids series, here are 13 things I like to eat:

1. Pickled green beans 
2. Apples with peanut butter
3. Caesar salads 
4. French fries with hotdogs cut up on top (a Peruvian dish)
5. Sugar-free Butter pecan ice cream
6. Broccoli and cauliflower with butter and salt
7. Noodles
8. Frozen grapes
9. Chapati (an African flat bread)
10. Cupcakes
11. Mixed veggies with cheese
12. Stuffed grape leaves (a Middle Eastern dish)
13. Cheesecake

    1. Dill Pickles
    2. Cooked spinach with seasoned salt
    3. Rice with stir fries
    4. Custard
    5. Raman Noodles
    6. Hard boiled eggs
    7. Soto (Indonesian soup)
    8. Quesaritos
    9. Es Degan (Coconut Cold drink) (Yes, You have to eat it.)
    10. Beans. (pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, whatever)
    11. Frozen blueberries with milk
    12. Spaghetti made with spaghetti squash, and pickles and parmesan cheese
    13. Carmel Sea Salt Gelato

    Wow, this list has just made me so hungry! Especially for Indonesian food, that I haven't had for a LONG time!

    1. Waffles, covered in peanut butter and syrup
    2. Ramen noodles
    3. Black olives
    4. Mini donuts (home-baked)
    5. Taco salad
    6. Ice cream (yes, it had to make it on the list)
    7. Crisp green grapes
    8. Chili
    9. Apples
    10. Tamale pie (which is a meal, not dessert)
    11. Chicken and dumplings
    12. PB&J sandwiches!
    13. Enchiladas
