Yesterday it was so bright and sunny and warm. It actually got up to 81 degrees and we got to go swimming in the outside pool. That was pretty fun! It’s currently not quite that hot, only about 61, but considering my bro back home told me that it’s negative 20… Wow, just wow!
It was great going on a nice, sunny walk yesterday, without the freezing air burning my throat. I really do enjoy winter and snow and cold, but it’s been fun getting a break from it, too. 🙂 I just got back from my walk this morning.
I’ve been enjoying getting to spend time with family. I’ve been so blessed to have a wonderful family. Every day when I wake up, I make it a habit to think of ten things I’m thankful for to help the day start out with the right mood. My family is almost always one of the ten. We don’t always get along 100%, but I can’t imagine life without them. 🙂
And now I’m ready to eat the delicious-looking breakfast my grandpa just made me, then it’s off to plotting and brainstorming.

Wow, it's so nice to see a bit of sunshine and the color green! It's 7 below here in Iowa and although it isn't snowing now, the ground is covered with a blanket of white (and has been for some time). Snow is beautiful, and I'd love it if it could be 80 degrees with snow–but unfortunately that's not how nature works…

In my little corner of the globe, we're currently in some negative temps, and buried under about two feet of snow. Possibly more. It's too cold to go out and measure it. And most of everything has been shut down for four days now, with only the hardcore establishments (gas stations, stores, etc.) being open at all. But we love it. This is winter. 😀

It is fianly snowing her gonna get as much as 3 feet of snow. Whats it like in flordia??? Are you down on the beach surffing or at the resort sipping on a tropical shake ??? Today we have windchills -10 – -25. And of course that's warm. It's WI's 7th coldest winter since in the 1800s! Spring Spring, come fast.

You're totally rockin' the sunglasses!! I've never been to Florida but it sounds like you're having a great time. I know you have to be enjoying the 100 degree temperature difference from where it is back home. Buddy put on his Facebook today that it was a -22 windchill.

Florida is great and warm weather is great, but I would NOT want to give up the beautiful winters I get to enjoy up North! 🙂

The pictures that you post of the winters there are beautiful. You're getting a taste of what our winters are like. In East Texas, it hasn't been as nice as what you are experiencing in Florida, but yesterday turned out being more like a Spring day rather than Winter.
