Oh yes, and I’m back home now and have a very busy week and a half staring me down. Hopefully I’ll get y’all caught up on everything that’s happened recently. Until then, enjoy!

What countries/states did you visit?
FL, NC, TN, KY, HI, CO, GA, PA, AZ, NA, CA (those last three were just layovers… Still.) and I’m guessing more that I can’t think of right now.

No, but we worked on building a house that we plan on moving into within a month or so.
What was the best month?
Probably April, May, June, or September.
What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Publishing a book and getting over Lymes.
What was your biggest failure?
Letting stress and things out of my control take my focus off of God at times.
Did you suffer illness or injury?
Lyme disease was a six year battle I spent the first half of the year winning and the second half of the year recovering from.
What was the best thing you bought?
What was the best thing you bought?
My book. 😉 (I think…)

Mommy’s. She put up with a lot while taking sick (Lyme disease) kids to a doctor halfway across the US.

Book stuff.
What did you get really, really, really excited about?
My book getting published and stuff surrounding that. (Contracts, book signing, traveling, etc…)

My book getting published and stuff surrounding that. (Contracts, book signing, traveling, etc…)
What was the best concert you’ve been to this year?
My adopted dad gives epic concerts.
Compared to this time last year, are you:
1. happier or sadder? Happier

Trusting God.
What do you wish you’d done less of?
Getting stressed out.
How did you spend Christmas?
With wonderful family.
How are you spending New Year’s?
With most of the same wonderful family. (We had a total blast between December 25th and Jan. 3rd with our cousins.) And Face-timing with some fun family friends that were stuck back in 2013. Poor peoples.
Who did you spend the most time on the phone with?
My adopted dad. Other than my adopted parents I don’t talk on the phone hardly ever.
What was the best book you read?
Other than the Bible? Which I actually listened to a lot during this year, instead of reading, to get a new perspective. I would have to say… I’m really not sure. I really liked All You Can Do is All You Can Do by A.L. Williams though.
Did you fall in love in 2013?
Do I look like I did? No, I didn’t.
What did you want and get?
To get my book published. To get over Lyme disease. To go to Hawaii. To go to Colorado. To spend a week away. And many, many more things!

To be bursting with energy. More book sales. And a few other things.
What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 21 and I had an amazing day with my family and wonderful friend, Sarah.
How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2013?
Is there any such thing? (Any of you who know how to answer this for me, go ahead! I’m curious.)
What kept you sane?
God. Listening to the audio Bible for hours on end. 🙂
Who was the best person you met?
Who I met? Probably my friend Susan. We’ve had some fun and great conversations this year.

What about you? I’d love to hear some of your answers in the comments! 🙂
Even if you were just in a vehicle that touched the ground in a state, it counts. We were once in St. Louis for a play at the Fox and we drove across the bridge into Illinois just so we could say we'd visited. 🙂 Then we turned around and went back to Missouri. I look forward to you telling about accomplishing the goals you've set for yourself. Have an awesome day!!

Hi my name is busy. I'm busy years old. I'm busy all the time. I write on the side, but being busy is my passion. If you've never been busy, I highly suggest you try it- but it doesn't pay well, that's why I have to write on the side.”

I liked this a lot, Aidyl! I may just have to answer these questions on my own. They are really good, and get you thinking over the past year, and then to the future as well. 🙂 Thanks for sharing! By the way, do you even know what they mean by fashion concept? I am puzzling over what they are referring to. Your ideas of fashion? Hmm.
Have fun reaching those goals for this year!

Aidyl! this post was great thanks! I too agree that you can count a layover as being “there”… but I'm not sure if it could hardly count as a “visit”… 🙂
Evan White, you know North Carolina quite well, that's impressive! Have you done all those things? I think the Killer shake sounds good, that is, as long as it's a Milkshake:)
