Z is for…

{My A to Z Challenge for 2013 has the cool theme of being chronically ill. It’s going to be fun, so stick around!}

Z is for Zinished
(Not really, that was a joke. Like, we’re finished now?)

And with this lovely little post, I wrap up what has been a delightful, month-long challenge to write a post every day besides Sundays. Each of these posts has focused on a word that starts with a different letter from the alphabet; A through Z.

Today is Z

Zeal. {Great energy or enthusiasm in pursuit of a cause or an objective}

Zest. {Great enthusiasm and energy}

Zappy. {Lively; energetic}

Zingy. {Energy, enthusiasm, or liveliness }

All of those words mean basically the same thing, and that’s fine because I think they do a good job of getting the point across.

Even though I’ve been sick for the past six years of my life, it doesn’t mean that I’ve been sitting around doing nothing. Nor does it mean that I’ve lacked joy and fulfillment in my life.

I’m pretty sure that it does mean that I’ve had to work harder at some things than other people have to. It also means that at time I move slower than others. But it doesn’t take away the zeal, zest, zappiness and zingyness out of my life. Just stick around if you don’t believe me. I’ve got some pretty crazy things going on around here that I can’t wait to tell you!

Thank you, y’all for sticking with me. It’s been seriously wonderful.

(Sorry to all unanswered comments, I’ll be getting to those soon, hopefully. And to unanswered emails, our internet is giving us lots of problems. I hope to answer those, soon, too!)
