The Grove

Going to a citrus grove, picking the fruit and eating a deliciously juicy honey bell orange right there in the grove wasn’t on my Dream List… But only because I didn’t think of putting it there. And when Grandpa offered to take me, I suddenly realized how much I actually wanted to do it.

Therefore, I’m adding it to my Dream List.

And I’m checking it off, because I accomplished it today.

Seriously, y’all, it was… Book material… That’s the only way I can of to describe it. 😉

Hopefully the pictures turned out at least somewhat ok. It was so bright out there I couldn’t see very well and of course you can’t tell much about how a picture looks from a phone.

I can’t even imagine that I’ve been coming to Florida a couple times a year for the past five or so years and this is the first time I’ve picked oranges. Oh well, I guess there has to be a first time for everything. 🙂

    Your pictures are great! Definitely worth adding to the dream list. And those look – oh – so – good. So hard to see people out in sunshine while we've been below zero and freezing all day. Summer, come soon! 🙂 Enjoy the weather!
