A Winning Mindset

{Note: when talking about Winners & Losers, I’m focusing on the mindset aspect}

Winners align themselves with like-minded people…
Winners understand the importance of being part of a team.

“Teams make you better than you are, multiply your value, enable you to do what you do best, allow you to help others do their best, give you more time, provide you with companionship, help you fulfill the desires of your heart and compound your vision and effort.” -John Maxwell

This is so important: We become like those with whom we associate.
Choose your friends wisely. Make sure to limit your time with negative people.
Spend time with those whom you’d like to emulate.

Winners create win-win relationships.
Losers think that somebody has to lose in order for somebody to win.

Winners know how to Relax. Winners “Earn” their recreation time.

Winners work hard so they can play hard.

Losers view work as something they are required to do in order to “pay their bills”.

Winners work on their Communication Skills. Winners are Constant Learners.
Losers don’t care about “Self-Improvement”.

Losers are glad that they’re “out of school”.

Winners stay busy. Winners are productive and proactive.
Winners “get out there” and “get the job done”.
Losers lay on the couch or sit in an easy chair, thinking about “doing”, but never actually doing it.
