Interview With Ruby

Hey Everyone! I’m here today with Ruby from here. Thank you so much for doing this interview with me, Ruby!

You are welcome! I am glad to be doing this!

So, can you tell us a little bit about yourself, Ruby?

I am 12 years old and home schooled. In the summer, me and my family raise monarch butterflies. We also breed German Shepherd dogs (the puppies are so cute!!). I live with my mom, dad, and my two brothers. I am the oldest of the three. I love to write and love to take pictures!

Oh my! That sounds like fun. Butterflies and German Shepherds? What a mix! Alright, my first question is: Why do you blog? What inspires you to write a post?

Well, my first blog, rubysfairybook.blogspot.com, started when my mom told me I should make a blog, and I did. My inspiration for my writing would have to be Anne Frank.

Anne Frank; she is an inspiring person! Second one is: Would you rather go on a camp out or go to a ladies tea?

If it was with my BFF’s, probably a ladies tea, but I would probably go on a camp out! (camp out + Camera = more pictures!)

I can’t stand taking pictures, but I have so much fun looking at them. =)

I know for me that I if I have a free afternoon, I like nothing (hardly) better than just curling up with a good book and reading, reading, reading for hours. What do you like to do when you get free time?

I love to read too, but when I don’t have a good book to read, I will usually go for a walk and take pictures.

Describe your prefect kind of weather.

Sunny, but with a little chance of rain (I like raindrops on flowers)

Ahhh, raindrops on flowers… Sounds like the perfect photo opportunity. And last of all, a random question: If you could change your name to any name you would choose, what would it be?

Hm.. I don’t know. When I was little I wished I was called Rachel. I loved that name!
